Big Wheels on the Farm hosted by Wheat Ridge High School

In consideration of the right to participate in the Big Wheels Car Show, by completing this entry form, entrant hereby releases and discharges sponsors and event planners, its officers, employees, representatives and all others connected with the management or presentation of the event from any and all damages, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause that may be suffered by entrant to his/her person or property. Furthermore, entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, or persons from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants, entrants’ guests, or any assisting or cooperating person under the direction or control of the entrant. In consideration of this entry, vehicle owner, spouse and/or guests permit the car show organizers to use their names and/or pictures of the vehicle for publicity, advertising and promotions before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights to photographs taken in connection with the event and give permission to event organizers to publish or otherwise dispose of said photographs. Entrants and guests must comply with all posted rules and regulations, including applicable traffic laws. Big Wheels on the Farm Car Show is a family event. Any display of colors, rivalry, confrontation, reckless and/or other inappropriate behavior is forbidden. Participants agree that Big Wheels on the Farm staff members have the right to determinate when a behavior meets these criteria and warrants dismissal from the show. The person signing this document assumes full legal and economic responsibility for any and all damages caused by their vehicle, members of their party, or the individual representative. The person signing this document agrees to leave the premises voluntarily and immediately in the event that Big Wheels on the Farm staff members ask them to leave, and recognizes that no refund will be provided.
