If you have experienced the musical talent of Hazel Miller you know why you will want to spend Friday, August 13th at the Carnation Festival. The magic will happen on the Carnation main stage, and she is going to BRING IT! Hazel Miller is a blues, pop, and gospel artist who’s been gracing the stage of the Carnation Festival for many years now, and we can’t wait to see her again!
Hazel Miller’s music career started at the ripe old age of 15 in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. As her musical career took shape Hazel Miller graced the same stages as Al Green, Mel Tormé, Lou Rawls, Julian Lennon, Peter, Paul & Mary, Charlie Musselwhite, James Taylor, James Brown, the Temptations, and many others, opening and singing backup. In 1984 Hazel Miller decided to relocate her family to Los Angeles, her truck broke down in Colorado, and the rest is history.
