News & Updates - Since 1969, the year the City of Wheat Ridge, CO was founded, the Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival has attracted thousands of people from Wheat Ridge and surrounding communities. This, our forty-third festival, will feature the Zoppé Italian Family Circus (since 1842).
